How do I get started?

First, please complete the contact form. I will review your responses and contact you within the next business day with a link to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. If we both determine that we are a good fit, we will then arrange your initial session.

What services do you offer?

Sunny Hearts Therapy provides the following services: individual therapy, play therapy, family therapy, parenting, social skills groups, and process groups.

Do you accept insurance?

Sunny Hearts Therapy is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. Full-payment is due at each session. If the Client chooses to utilize their out-of-network mental health benefits, the Client is responsible for obtaining policy and requirement information directly from the insurance company regarding out-of-network coverage of mental health services. It is the Client’s responsibility to identify the insurance company’s policies and to file for insurance reimbursement. As a convenience for our Clients, Inneractions provides daily invoices and monthly statements, which are shared directly through the SimplePractice client portal.

What ages do you work with?

Ages 4 years to 18 years.

Are you seeing clients in-person or virtually?

Our clinicians are currently providing therapy sessions both in-person and online, via secure video conference software. Online therapy sessions are available to clients who live anywhere in Georgia. Online Therapy is only offered for children over 13 years of age.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions that are not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session rate.
